A Registration Fee for both home and overseas students is required before a student will be issued with an Offer Letter. This document is required to applying for an Embassy interview. (The £150 registration fee is non-refundable). Before your interview with the British Embassy, you must obtain the confirmation of your admission in the form of the LCPS Enrolment Letter. This document confirms your course payment and acceptance. Course payment (full or part) must be received before the enrolment letter is issued. Your enrolment creates a binding agreement between you and the college. If you fail to obtain your visa your payment less an amount of £150 administrative fee (including registration fee) will be refunded.

Students must confirm with their agent that they qualify for admission to the programme before sending their non-refundable application.

In the event of a visa cancellation by the British Embassy, for whatsoever the reason, the following conditions will apply:
a) Where a cancellation is received after the commencement of a course, there will be no refund whatsoever.
b) Transfer of fees to another student will be solely at the discretion of the Principal. A minimum of £150 transfer fee will apply.
c) Where a student has obtained a student visa using LCPS documentation and then decides not to follow their course at LCPS, once they have arrived in the U.K. there will be no refund whatsoever. In due course, the Home Office will be advised.

If for any reason a course is cancelled, students will be offered an alternative course, or a full refund of fees.

If students change their course of study during the term, no refund will be given if the revised course involves fewer subjects.

Students are required to maintain consistent attendance throughout the duration of their course. Holders of student visas are advised that the college will enforce HOME OFFICE rules and insist that a full-time course of a
minimum of
15 hours per week of daytime study is followed.
Failure to attend class for one month (without prior notice) will result in dismissal from the college.

It is the student's personal responsibility to ensure that examination registrations are in order and are sent off to the relevant examining bodies by the due closing date.

Overseas students must comply strictly with the Immigration Rules.

The Leicester College of Professional Studies (LCPS) reserves the right to refuse admission to any student.

LCPS also reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student without a refund of fees in the event of serious misconduct or unsatisfactory attendance / progress.
Failure to report for classes at the agreed starting date, without notice, will result in the forfeiture of fees and the HOME OFFICE will be notified.

The Leicester College of Professional Studies (LCPS) reserves the right to change the time of the scheduled courses.

The college Prospectus is correct at the time of printing but is subject to alteration.

We are required by the HOME OFFICE to record student attendance and supply student details when requested.

Fees must be fully paid to date to allow a student to sit for any examination and have use of LCPS facilities.
